Dr. Kati Ernst is the Co - Founder and CEO of ooia, which she founded together with Kristine Zeller in 2018. With ooia, period underwear was established in Germany and they have already sold more than 1.5 million panties. This year, Kati launched the successful "Lifestyle of Longevity" podcast, in which she shares tips and insights on the trending topic of
longevity. After her studies in Münster, Kati worked at McKinsey for 12 years, completed her PhD on social entrepreneurship. She is now a board member of the Startup Verband and is on the advisory board of the Business School at the University of Münster.
