Patricia Gall

Patricia Gall is the Founder and CEO of MindSpark 360, a platform dedicated to transforming workplace mental health and driving innovation in the mental health sector. Combining science-backed well-being solutions with AI-driven tools, she empowers organizations to enhance employee resilience while fostering a global innovation ecosystem that connects mental health startups with large enterprises to scale impactful solutions. This approach has established MindSpark 360 as a leader in the field, earning recognition as the main partner for the 2024 Brain Innovation Days hosted by the European Brain Council.

Patricia began her career as the only European employee of Lore IO, a Silicon Valley-based big data analysis company that was later acquired. Building on her early experience, she has developed deep expertise in venture building and advising startups on growth strategies. Her specialty lies in forging strategic partnerships between startups and large organizations, with a track record that includes facilitating over 50 innovation partnerships across fintech, insurtech, cybersecurity, healthtech, and cleantech. She has worked with some of the world’s most prominent companies, including UBS, AXA, Google, Swisscom, and many others.

With a strong foundation in finance and degrees from Bocconi University and London Business School, Patricia combines analytical rigor with a results-driven approach. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to creating scalable solutions for pressing global challenges. Outside of her professional endeavors, Patricia is a passionate animal lover and is always in the company of her rescue greyhound, Kerry.
